As a key member of our team, the UX Designer is responsible for designing application interfaces (primarily web and mobile) that are efficient, intuitive and compelling. Using whatever tools fit the job, you will prototype and iteratively validate designs that provide innovative and effective solutions to complex user experience problems, bringing a product vision and requirements to life.

Must be an expert in user-centered design methods, techniques, and principles; minimum of 2 years of experience working as a designer or UX professional, designing layouts solutions; an online or digital portfolio that demonstrates your ability to turn ideas into life and your strong and unique creative vision; excellent english communication, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills including the ability to communicate complex, interactive design concepts clearly and persuasively across different meetings and varying levels of company size.

Experience to talk with people, understanding their needs and translating into product designs; mature and professional, can-do attitude; prototyping experience, conducting and analyzing web-based interface experiments; ability to produce user experience documentation: storyboards, user scenarios/tasks, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, annotated mock-ups, etc; knowledge from proficient to expert use of software tools such as: Photoshop, Illustrator, etc; a deep interest in human beings, how they think, their behaviors and limitations; superb organizational skills including the ability to juggle multiple projects varying in size and complexity, prioritizing time and tasks as needed to meet aggressive deadlines; An innovative and creative nature with an acute attention to detail;
