We are looking for an experienced and dynamic individual to fulfill a project manager position currently available. The PMʼs primary role is to assist the project leads and to manage the life cycle of various interactive projects that come through these awesome customers.



Understand the scope and objectives of each project to clearly outline and communicate a contract and estimate; manage and monitor progress against project schedule, status lists; monitor and manage strict deadlines, budget and scope change; manage project plans and deliverables including client, internal, vendors and freelancers; work with the project leads to ensure the projects and any shared resources are aligned and synchronized with the needs of other projects and programs; review and sign-off against all project deliverables prior to providing to client;

Client management:

Manage and coordinate client communications and relationships with respect to the project; ensure that client requirements are being met; ensure effective change management throughout project/program delivery; tracking progress of projects (tasks, milestones, deliverables) and estimating/re-estimating work as necessary;

Key qualifications:

At least 2 years Project Management experience specific to web or mobile production, preferably within the web or ad agency environment; or experience in two or more of the following areas: online media, online promotions and contests, or promotional microsite; familiarity with tech requirements for managing HTML and Javascript builds; understand Agile methodology and approach; post Secondary Degree/Diploma in a related field preferred, but not mandatory; intermediate knowledge on mac platform; experience with Project Management softwares;


Ability to build report and work effectively with all team members and clients; exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal; good is acceptable for english skills; strong decision making skills with an ability to troubleshoot problems and manage (client and internal resource) issues to resolution; strong leadership skills; excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; positive, mature and professional, can-do attitude;
